Completely renovated in 2015, this condo features a state-of-the-art Sub-Zero refrigerator, a filtered water system, and all new appliances. The elegant granite countertops, high-end cabinetry, travertine flooring, and modern lighting create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. Enjoy ocean vistas from both the living area and the bedroom, which hosts a king-sized bed outfitted with a firm new mattress. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull-out couch bed in the living room equipped with a new "memory foam" mattress, as well as a queen-sized inflatable bed if needed. For entertainment, large screen TVs with complimentary cable are available in both the living room and bedroom, along with free WiFi throughout the unit.

The Whaler Resort enhances your vacation experience with top-notch amenities, including a concierge service, bellman assistance, a newly remodeled pool and hot tub, and a spacious lobby. Stay active with a fully equipped fitness center and newly refinished tennis courts. Business travelers can take advantage of the business center, while relaxation awaits at the on-site salon and spa. Grill up some fresh fish using gas barbecues with scenic ocean views, or challenge yourself with a few holes at the nearby Royal Kaanapali Golf Course.

Your condominium is conveniently located adjacent to Whaler's Village, which boasts a variety of shops, three fantastic beachside restaurants, a food court, and even a whale museum. Known for its pristine sands, Kaanapali Beach consistently ranks among the top 10 beaches globally, making it an idyllic spot for sun-soaked relaxation. From your vantage point, witness the excitement of whale watching (November through April), alongside sightings of dolphins, turtles, and unforgettable Hawaiian sunsets.

Please note that there is a mandatory "Resort Fee" of $33.00 per night payable to The Whaler Resort Complex. This fee grants you access to amenities such as parking, the pool, fitness facilities, and complimentary beach chairs, along with daily towel replacement services. You can also rent private beach cabanas for a luxurious beach day.

This resort fee is not included in your rental cost and is collected separately by the front desk during checkout. Ensure you're aware of our cancellation policy: receive a full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to check-in; however, cancellations made within 59 days will not be refunded. If re-renting the unit is possible, we will refund amounts received minus any VRBO or bank transaction fees. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for peace of mind.

A $150.00 cleaning fee applies at the end of your stay. Upon booking, we will provide you with a Short-Term Rental Agreement. Our Hawaii state tax ID is TA-000-621-3632-01.
